24 Hour Monitoring

An integral part of our self storage security program includes individual door alarms on each self storage unit. Any unauthorized access will trigger an alarm that will initiate a call to our 24 hour monitored security office. Once an alarm is activated the property owner or a company representative and or the police is called and dispatched to the property to investigate the incident. We take alarms seriously.

Battery Backup

Our area of Florida is known for power interruptions, especially during our regular thunderstorms. Our gate, keypads and door alarms have large capacity battery backup systems. Your access to the property and your alarm protection is still there, even during the occasional power outages.

Free Multiple Access Codes

If you authorize a unique access code for each family member or each employee the alarm on your unit will enable you to track each person’s activity on your unit. Since we have an alarm on each unit our detailed computer reporting system allows us to document and detail who accessed your unit, when your storage unit was opened when it was closed and when the Tenant exited the property. We can run a report for you at any time, detailing down to the second, when your storage unit was accessed.
