If a self storage facility asks you for a security deposit, I suggest you look for another place. Security Deposits are a thing of the past. Some facilities still require security deposits and will take part or all of the security deposit if your self storage unit is not empty and perfectly clean when you leave.

No Security Deposit

At Bonita Storage Inn we do not require security deposits. We do ask you to move all your belongings out of the unit when you are done, however we are very meticulous and do a thorough cleaning of the unit to make it ready for the next Tenant. If you find you need to leave items behind, come to the office and talk to us, we can help you find a charity to take many items.

No Administrative Fee

Many facilities charge a “move-in” or “administrative fee” when you sign your lease. This is usually a complete surprise. You are standing at the counter signing a lease and making your first payment when it dawns on you that the storage facility is charging you more than what you thought it should be. We treat our customers like we want to be treated. We wouldn’t want a surprise, and you won’t get one like this at our self storage facility. We do not charge a move-in or administrative fee.
