Security

You can feel at ease that your records, office furniture, or inventory are safe and protected by our state-of-the-art security as we have individual alarms on every single unit and 32 security cameras that are digitally recorded 24 hours per day.  Our security system can actually tell right down to the second when you enter the property, open you storage unit door, close your door and when you exit the property.  Each employee can have their own unique pass code. Should you need to check on an employee, we can generate reports that show when that employee entered the property, opened and closed your unit door and what time they exited the property. You can set limited access hours for any employee, while having longer access hours for owners or key personnel.

We Accept Deliveries

Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will also be happy to accept deliveries and packages in your name, and if you have employees that will be accepting packages, we can even give each worker different pass codes and give you a report upon your request tracking their activities at work. There are several options for accepting packages depending on your needs. Sometimes the packages are small and held in our office until you pick them up. Customers sometimes request that we take the packages to their unit. For large shipments, we usually take the delivery person to your unit, and have the merchandise put directly into your unit. Either way you can continue to work, and at your convenience come to the office or your unit to get your merchandise.  Ask us for more details.

Convenient Access Hours

Our normal office operating hours are from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm M-F and 9:00 am - 5:00 pm on Saturday, however, you will have access to your Commercial Storage 365 days each year! There is controlled access from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and restricted access from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. If your business necessitates earlier or later access, we are happy to work with you to accommodate your access hours.
