Free Delivery Acceptance

Bonita Storage Inn strives to make your storage experience simple, easy and convenient. Accepting packages and shipments for our customers is just one of the many services we do, and at no charge.

Receive at Your Unit or Leave in the Office

We can receive letters, small packages to pallets of merchandise. We are flexible, some customers like deliveries to be put directly into their self storage unit. Some customers prefer we hold shipments we receive for them in the office.  This service has been a wonderful time saver for our clients, and of course, we do not charge you for delivery service.

Free Package Pick Up Service

Another service we provide free of charge is to coordinate shipments. Many of our customers will have US Mail, UPS, Federal Express and other common carriers pick up items either from our office or directly from their self storage unit. Some commercial customers drop off packages in our office where we hold for their customers to pick up.

Our convenient delivery acceptance and package pick up service will give you the freedom to continue working on your business and free up time normally spent waiting for a delivery person to arrive. We are happy to help. We are on site during normal business hours on Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm to help coordinate these services.
